Smartphone Microscope

Image

So I built this functioning microscope using a plywood base, an objective stage, and a camera stage (both made of plexiglass). There’s also a lens I got from a laser pointer from the Dollar Store. Then you just put your phone above the lens and it magnifies it to microscopic proportions.

Salt

Salt crystals under the microscope (sodium chloride due to its ionic bonds forms a crystalline solid)
